Dynasty School offers courses approved by California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) - click here and enter 'Dynasty' as course provider to verify.

**Effective 1/1/2013, CalBRE will no longer accept a 4-year college degree in lieu of the 2-years work experience, unless your degree is in Real Estate major. **

You must be licensed for two years to take the state broker license exam, if not you may enroll the real estate agent courses, click here to take our agent courses.

You need a total of Eight (8) Statutory Courses to be eligible for the state broker license exam. The number of pre-licensing courses that you must take depends on what you have already completed in college.
