Please note although our courses are approved for more than 40-hours of QE (Qualifying Education) by AQB and IDECC, North Datota state will only allow a maxium of 40-hour of QE on distance mode. This course is required of every level of appraisal license. It is a 15 hour course to teach the ethical behavior and competent performance by the appraisers that are set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). This course discusses the latest version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and a Student Manual as produced by the Appraisal Foundation. It includes two parts, the USPAP Pimer and Introduction and Overview on the USPAP plus the second part around 200 frequently asked questions (FAQs) and answers regarding USPAP.
